2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order artworks may require additional production time, which will be communicated during purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Promotional free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Packaging & Handling

Each sculpture is hand-packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap, reinforced boxes, and custom packaging for fragile or large pieces to minimize transit damage.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
  • All shipments are insured up to the order value wherever applicable.

7. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label
  • Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional re-shipping charges.
